The Who 1978 classic given the Direct Disk Audiophile treatment. Keith Moon's final album.
These US Direct-Disk Labs 'Super Disks' featured superior quality pressings, extended dynamic range, and were cut half-speed by Jack E. Hunt at the JVC Cutting Center. The pressing was sourced from the original stereo master tapes. 100% Virgin, Super High Definition Vinyl.
Cover is in fantastic shape. Only flaw is a price sticker on the top right of the front and, for that, I demote it to EX rather than NM. Vinyl looks like new and plays beautifully.

Review: On the Who's final album with Keith Moon, their trademark honest power started to get diluted by fatigue and a sense that the group's collective vision was beginning to fade. As instrumentalists, their skills were intact. More problematic was the erratic quality of the material, which seemed torn between blustery attempts at contemporary relevance ("Sister Disco," "New Song," "Music Must Change") and bittersweet insecurity ("Love Is Coming Down").
