Set of 4 Decca 78 RPM recordings of the original soundtrack of MGM's 1939 motion picture "THE WIZARD OF OZ" starring Judy Garland. Included is the original album cover with pictures and descriptions of scenes from the motion picture. A hard item to find. This one is in outstanding condition. Of interesting note is the inclusion of the recording of "The Jitterbug". This scene was edited out of the final version of the film. A must have for those wishing they only had a brain, or a heart, or for someone who simply wishes to travel over the rainbow.
All 4 records are in Excellent to Like New condition. The only flaw to note is the presence of a sticker on the "B" side of Decca 2672 (The Jitterbug). No Skips, No Scratches, NO SCUFFS. All clean shiney playing surfaces. Records play like new. Album has some very minor wear at the corners and some fraying at the bottom edge in the center (from handling). binding is fully intact. No writing or marks on the cover. A very nice set. You will NOT be disappointed.
