Description
“THE YEAR OF LIVING DANGEROUSLY” SOUNDTRACK LP SIGNED BY PETER WEIR w/COA!
This 1984 romance-thriller offered a young Mel Gibson one of his most appealing roles as a photo-journalist caught up in an Asian country’s political turmoil. It also offered composer Maurice Barre the opportunity to deliver one of his most sweepingly romantic scores, easily the equal of his “Doctor Zhivago.” Here we have the Varese Sarabande soundtrack LP in Near Mint (NM) condition signed by the film’s director, Peter Weir, in black Sharpie. He did so almost 20 years ago at a screening of another one of his films at the then American Cinematheque’s Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, Ca. This item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
Please keep in mind, any vintage or pre-owned album may have age wear, storage wear, corner bumping, etc.
