You are bidding on an EXTREMELY RARE! 1957 Original Riverside Record RLP 12-235 W/DEEP GROOVE AND WHITE LABEL WITH BLUE PRINT titled Thelonious Himself featuring Thelonious Monk on Piano with John Coltrane on Tenor Saxophone and Wilbur Ware on Bass added on the 4th track of the second side.  The vinyl is NM! with a surface mark on side 1 that does not sound.  The record cover is EX+! with litle wear and no split seams and initials over the catalog number in ink and a 7x stamped in upper left corner not covering any graphics both on back cover.  I HAVE PLAYED BOTH SIDES AND THE RECORD SOUNDS GREAT!! WITH NO SOUNDS FROM THE SURFACE MARK!!  WHITE LABEL RIVERSIDE RECORDS ARE NUMBERED INTO THE 250'S ONLY AND ARE EXTREMELY RARE!!
