I inherited this Lp from my dad who was a jazz dj for over 50 years. This is one of many Lps he brought home from the radio station. It has a stamp on the back side of the sleeve that says DEMONSTRATION - NOT FOR SALE. He had so many records he didn’t get around to listening to them all very much. This one has no spindle marks whatsoever! Side A looks absolutely mint. Side B has one long light scratch on the first cut (Brake’s Sake), that doesn’t seem to affect playback. There are a couple of pops and perhaps a tiny bit of surface noise near it, it’s hard to tell if it's the normal surface noise or related to the blemish. I listened to the whole record. There is just a little light surface noise but no other defects or scuffs I could see or hear. The sleeve presents a very strong Excellent. It has good color, no corner bumps. Spine is in great shape as are the other edges. There is a tiny bit of wear on the lower left corner and one tiny rub on the bottom edge. There are no seam splits or ring wear. Near the slot there is a bit of a crease or bend about a half inch up from the bottom, probably from shelf position. Please see all pics. The record came to me with a poly inner sleeve. I’m not sure if that is original. Record will be shipped in proper Lp mailer with stiffeners, additional poly sleeve and corner protection.
