Up for sale is a genuine 1958 deep-groove original of Monk’s legendary Five Spot Café session. While the original de Chirico artwork jacket is missing, the vinyl itself is a survivor from a lifelong Liverpool musician’s collection and has been in one home for over 60 years.
​The Vinyl (VG): Features the classic 1958 Deep Groove labels (no "INC" in the Bill Grauer credit). The disc retains a strong gloss and plays with the massive, room-filling Mono punch that defines these original Riverside pressings.
​The Sleeve: The record is housed in a sturdy, protective generic cardboard sleeve.
