This album is part of an estate find, I am definitely not an expert, so I'm commenting the best I can on what I observe (Grading is by sight only). This is a RARE hard to find album!! What a lucky find!! It's a Japanese Press and the condition of this album overall is amazing! The cover, labels, liner notes and record are all nice. No scratches or spindle wear were noted. On the close up of label 2 there are a couple of "Spots" but these appear to be print spots or marks rather than wear. The red sleeve that slides over the cover has a small tear to the outside edge. Actual item is pictured for your review please feel free to ask any questions.
