Description
This is a fine copy from the rare U.S. pressing of the debut 12" by post-punk group These Immortal Souls, a seven-song mini LP released in 1987. The group centered on former Birthday Party guitarist Rowland S. Howard, who served as chief singer and songwriter as well as guitarist. The group's sound (unsurprisingly) recalls the late Birthday Party records. The LP includes a cover of Alex Chilton's 1980 single, "Hey! Little Child." The jacket has some creasing along the spine and seams, and is otherwise all but pristine -- EX(+). The disc is clean, and plays like new -- M(-). The record comes with a label catalog (booklet), including a couple of 1987 updates.
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
