The record has extremely minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks!). Both labels are clean and have the very faintest of spindle marks. Looks barely played. It grades excellent plus condition.

The laminate sleeve has hardly any wear. No edge wear. The very faintest of corner wear, otherwise crisp corners. Minimal laminate creasing down the spine. There is a small surface tear along the bottom of the sleeve on the back just where the laminate finishes, which is actually what i did by pulling it out of the plastic sleeve it was in. No ring wear. No splits. It grades almost a near mint condition.
