I have for auction from my own collection this stunning original copy of this highly collectable album.This 1st issue copy has the original matt sleeve which is in as new near mint condition.The sleeve has no damage at all and is as fresh looking as the day it was made.The 1st issue purple lyric insert is in mint condition and is as new.I have closely inspected the vinyl under strong light and it is totally unmarked,not even any spindle marks are evident on the labels.It looks as though it has never been played.I gave it a play for the first time since purchasing it prior to listing.This pressing is stunning,on my £18,000 Linn Naim system it was free from surface noise and the audio was 1st class.Decca were renowned for their quality recordings and this is no exeption.The vinyl carries the first issue matrix numbers which are:-ZAL 12520 P-3W and ZAL 12521 P-3W.You will not find an orignal copy that plays better than this one,and i will bite the bullet and grade vinyl as mint.The vinyl also comes in its original polly lined inner which is also in super condition,just some slight age discolouration to edges which is unavoidable(it is over 38 years old).If you want the best copy available of this album then look no further.
