THIRD WORLD WAR Third World War UK 1971 FLY 1ST PRESS Stamp/Avery

Welcome to my shop...as ever, all records are graded correctly, honestly and conservatively....please check my feedback, use this as a benchmark, and bid with the utmost confidence. I'll be continually listing a varied selection of vinyl throughout 2012. My gradings use + to ++++ as I believe the standard grading system of just, for example, EXCELLENT, is far too wide and can be misleading....and MINT always means MINT (flawless sleeve & unplayed flawless vinyl) and I'm not afraid to use the VERY GOOD grading (which ,incidentally, does not mean trashed !). ALL records are cleaned with an Okki Nokki Record Cleaning Machine using the correct mix of fluid and distilled water.

CONDITION

SLEEVE

The MacNeill Press Ltd laminated sleeve with pinched spine corners is in GOOD condition. A solid, crisp sleeve, with discolouration to the bottom left corner front face & bottom right rear face...look's as though it's got damp at some point, light wear to the bottom corners, a few laminate edge creases, laminate lift down both front and back spine edges, ring wear, and a few indentations. There is no edge wear, no mustiness, no grubbiness, no sellotape, no stickers, no writing, no tears, no wear and no softening to excellent opening edges, and no wear to an excellent square spine...only discolouration to the lower part. The sleeve easily grades GOOD++++.

INNERS

The textured pic / lyric insert grades EXCELLENT.

The correct Patent No white paper inner sleeve has some discolouration but no seam splits or tears and grades VERY GOOD.

VINYL

The record has not been played a great deal....has NO scratches and NO groovewear, only a few light largely inconsequential surface marks and scuffs, and some of the very lightest sleeve removal scuffs when viewed under a bright light. The vinyl grades VERY GOOD++++ and plays with a little light background noise/crackle only in parts, no distortion, no sticks, no jumps, no pops, and very few louder clicks.

LABELS

The labels grade near MINT , with only a couple of visible spindle marks on each side, with no wear to near perfect spindle holes, and no unwanted wear or writing.

STILL NOT SURE, THEN CHECK MY FEEDBACK AND BID WITH CONFIDENCE!

POSTAGE

The record will be sent in a new polylined inner sleeve and in a new 400 grade poly outer sleeve.
