This is in beautiful condition........see photos below because they are part of the description. This features a laminated cover. The songs are "One", "Easy To Be Hard", "Mama Told Me", "Eli's Coming", "Your Song", "Celebrate", "One Man Band", "Out In The Country", "Nobody", "Woman", "Don't Make Promises" & "Try A Little Tenderness".

Super nice!

Condition

Cover : The laminated cover is in VG++ condition with a tiny light rub on the corner tips, a few stress marks, a small nick on the lower edge & some light record indentation but otherwise this is totally solid & very presentable. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.

Vinyl : The vinyl shines like new with all of its original gloss & is in NM condition on both sides.

• Labels : The labels are in NM- condition with a couple of light trails.
