The Alchemy Index is a two-volume collection comprised of four EPs, each devoted to one of the essential elements in nature—fire, water, air and earth—with each EP sonically and thematically tailored to evoke the atmosphere inherent in its corresponding element.
Each of the 4 EP’s is pressed on 10” colored vinyl -the Fire EP is red, Water is blue, Earth is brown and Air is on clear vinyl. The discs are inside a hand-bound hardcover book complete with lyrics, liner notes and commentary from the band.
When I bought this, I also received a "replacement disc" for the Earth EP. Also included is a note from Vagrant records explaining that there was a manufacturing problem, and that all of the original earth EPs were defective.
It is an extremely low edition number. GOLD STAMPED #2178/ 3000.
I have NOT opened the original packaging, the replacement disc came outside of the packaging, and I have kept it as such. I will also include the note from Vagrant records along with your package.
