Description
Available here is an original 12" vinyl LP by single by Throbbing Gristle - 20 Jazz Funk Greats. A first pressing, it was issued in the UK by Industrial Records in 1979 and bears the catalogue number IR0008. It also has the correct matrix numbers etched - IR008+A and IR008+B. Possibly issued with a fold-out poster but if that was the case, then it is no longer present. Apparently, only the first 2000 actual had the poster.
Vinyl Condition - Very Good - The record is bright and clean and free from any surface marks or worrying scratches. Having listened to both sides, I can confirm that the sound is clear and there is no jumping or sticking. However, a number of clicks will be heard during both sides with a little background crackle/noise present throughout but most noticeable during quieter moments.
Sleeve Condition - Very Good - Original gatefold picture sleeve with a little wear/rubbing in places around the edges. Plain white inner sleeve with polythene interior, which is probably original. Large pictures of both sides of the disc and sleeve are available on request.
The track listing is as follows …

It is not my intention to profit from postage. If possible I use good clean recyclable material but I also buy bubble wrap, brown paper, packing tape and glue and all items are well wrapped and protected before posting. Items are also weighed and postage calculated before I list at auction and a small percentage of the charge does go towards packing costs. See About Me for further general despatch information.
