Run-In groove is narrow (approx 2 inches) which does not affect the play what so ever and automatic starts lead right onto record with no issue. Looks to be something that most likely happened during pressing of the record .  (SEE PICS)  The record is close to NM and definitely VG+++ (graded at VG due to above).
