Description
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm currently selling a serious part of my collection of rare 60s / 70s 7-inch records from the region,
in genres such as garage, beat, psych, funk, soul, etc., collected through several years, piece by piece
(it really took a huge amount of effort, time, money and resources). And every piece has its own story!
There are lots of impossible picture sleeves, and they have that "one-of-a-kind" status (with only
one -or two- known copies in existence). Bid now because these items may not be re-listed,
so grab them while you can. In the past, I have had people contact me that missed the end of an auction
and have been disappointed. So thank you for your interest, bid early and good luck!

Tiempo De Rock
Macondo GAM-2580 / 19(**) / Uruguay
Sueños (Megalomanias) b/w Al Sol
One of the Holy Grails on 7-inch format from Uruguay! Most of the record dealers in that country agree
about this record: "Impossible to find". And it's at the top of any serious collector's dream list there in
Uruguay. Not much is known about Tiempo De Rock. They never did release a whole album.
Both tracks were sung in Spanish, and are original compositions. Holy Grail time!
Listen to the soundclip(s): Sample , Sample 2
(All clips are taken from the actual record for sale).
Record: A-side: Good / B-side: Good, .......... (It has a certain amount of light scuff marks on both sides, but plays OK. Please listen to the soundclips above!). .......... Both labels are absolutely clean, .......... (NO writings, stickers, dirt, spindle marks, ink stamps and/or wear). .......... Sleeve: Good, .......... (It has some light creases and wrinkles, there are two small writings, one on each side, some general wear here and there, a partial split on the spine, a small structural tear at the pocket opening, plus a small missing part, and some yellowish spots and stains, but it is still atractive anyway, and unfortunately these flaws are relatively common on Uruguayan records, as you probably know, so it would be difficult to eventually find a much better example [if you are really lucky to find one!]).
Registered Airmail (worldwide): 1 7-inch CAD 29.00 / 2 to 4 7-inches CAD 49.00 / 5 to 8 7-inches CAD 82.00. .......... I will be glad to combine multiple purchases to save on shipping costs. .......... Buyer pays ACTUAL shipping cost. .......... These are the ACTUAL charges that are charged by the Correo Argentino on and are beyond my control. .......... There are NO additional H&P fees. .......... Payment method: PayPal only!
Please bid and buy with confidence! .......... I package items with extreme care and caution to ensure a safe delivery. .......... Enjoy browsing through my listings!
