This is AN ORIGINAL 1967 MERCURY RECORDS U.S. MONO PROMO LP (NOT A RECENT REISSUE) of the soundtrack album from the movie titled 'Turn On Tune In Drop Out' from LSD guru Dr. Timothy Leary.  It is Mercury Records U.S. catalog number MG 2131, with a rubber stamp on the back album cover indicating a promo copy.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original stock Mercury Records inner sleeve with pictures of other then-current Mercury Records LPs.

The title for this soundtrack appears in multiple variations on the release itself.
