TINDERSTICKS

DONKEYS 92-97

ISLAND ILPS 8074 THIS WAY UP 524 588-1

V. LTD. & SOUGHT-AFTER U.K. VINYL

WITH EXTRA TRACK!

UNPLAYED!

A very scarce opportunity to bid for this rare vinyl compilation from Tindersticks! I bought the album new at the time of release,

but have never played it - just stored it away carefully!

Sleeve: Old-style design by Bartholomew & Windsor in thick card with fold-over flaps top and bottom! The laminated front cover is split into two horizontal

coloured panels - one green, the other blue. The top (green) half shows 'ISLAND' in black text top-right and the 'THIS WAY UP', logo top-left.

There is a 40mm x 20mm clear sticker under the logo which reads: 'tindersticks donkeys 92-97 Ltd edition with extra track ILPS 8074/524 588-1'

in black. The text 'A COLLECTION OF' (black) 'SINGLES . RARITIES . UNRELEASED RECORDINGS' (white) is printed across the bottom of

the panel. The lower (blue) panel has a simplistic image of a donkey made up of a number of black shapes with 'tindersticks', also in black,

printed over it's back. The text 'donkeys 92-97' is printed in white on the body. The white back cover has two black-and-white pictures at the top -

one showing a young girl holding a puppy, the other an older woman holding a dog. The track listing and recording details are printed under the

pictures, together with the text, 'This compilation is dedicated to James'. The barcode and Island catalogue number are printed top-right with the

Tindersticks contact address and This Way Up catalogue number shown bottom-right. There are three very faint/light surface creases on the front (one

top edge, two bottom edge), but these are only really visible when angled to the light and are mentioned for accuracy. Aside from these issues, the

sleeve is in epic condition, with no splits, tears, bumps, repairs, ring marks or notations!

Inner Sleeve: Great glossy thick paper/thin card picture sleeve showing details of twenty Tindersticks releases, together with colour pictures, on one side!

The reverse is blank. The sleeve is intact, unmarked and undamaged!

Matrix Numbers: Side A - MPO ILPS 8074 A2

Side B - MPO ILPS 8074 B3 Further round, the letter M appears in a circle, followed by JML with what looks like a small A above the letter L

Vinyl: Clean, shiny and UNPLAYED!

See below for details of postage costs for this item.

This is just one item from my own extensive and eclectic personal collection of music and related bits and pieces which I will be listing over the next few months, or so.

I have been collecting for more than 30 years, so check back regularly to see what other gems I may have unearthed - they won't be listed in any particular order! My

recent absence from eBay has been because of work commitments but, as they seem to have dried up, I will be spending more time disposing of my collection!

I am not a dealer, so won't use traditional grading terms but, instead, will describe each item as carefully and honestly as I can with text and photos. Bidders are then free

to form their own opinions. Any apparent marks showing in the photos are reflections or dust, etc., unless otherwise specifically identified. If in doubt, please contact me

with any queries before bidding and I will get back to you promptly with an answer. I will also keep you informed throughout the whole ebay process.

All vinyl will be packaged in sturdy cardboard mailers with at least one stiffener and will be despatched within 2 working days of payment being received. PayPal is preferred,

but please contact me before bidding to discuss alternative, acceptable methods. Postage rates: UK Standard - 2nd Class £3.10, Europe/R.O.T.W - AirMail Standard

£7.00/£11.50.

Please note that I do not combine postage. All items are packaged and sent individually, so as to minimise damage and/or loss.

Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding!
