Description
THE WILDEBEEST COLLECTION This is a piece of TISM (This Is Serious Mum) memorabilia from the personal collection of the band's legendary roadie, Yahn Wildebeest.
You are bidding on 1 x "Saturday Night Palsy b/w Pus" 7" vinyl record.
Notes: This was the biggest single from TISM's seminal 1988 album Great Truckin' Songs Of The Renaissance. It even reached the national top 40 and was performed on Hey Hey It's Saturday - unheard of achievements for a cult indie band from Melbourne back in 1988! TISM's vinyl output is long, long out of print, and has become highly sought-after by collectors and fans since the band vanished in the mid-2000s.
Condition: Record is excellent-to-near mint. There's just a small finger print on the 'palsy' side, and no sign of scratches anywhere. Record could certainly benefit from a dusting with a quality vinyl brush. The sleeve has some light signs of ring-wear, but has no rips, tears, or unsightly stains. The labels themselves are bright and clear, without rips.
This piece is guaranteed previously owned by TISM's personal roadie of choice, Yahn Wildebeest. All profits from these auctions go directly to Yahn himself, so please dig deep!!
Hi folks,
Thanks so much for checking out the auctions. Because of the strong interest, I need to insist that bidders with very low or zero feedback contact me *BEFORE* the end of a given auction, to confirm their details. Non-paying bidders will not be tolerated, and will have any future bids canceled without hesitation or warning. All it takes is a quick email to avoid this happening. Thanks for understanding!
