Description
Very collectable 1970 Australian pressing of band Toe Fat - English hard psych rock from 1970.
Drums by Lee Kerslake and Guitar, Organ, Piano by Ken Hensley who both went onto Uriah Heep fame. Harmonica by Mox Gowland who played with renowned blues artists Alexis Korner, Peter Green, John Mayall, Eric Clapton. Lead vocals by Cliff Bennett (Rebel Rousers) who also wrote seven of the original tracks.
Vinyl Grade: +VG, lovely gloss, some light scratches on both sides.
Sound Quality: +VG overall, a couple of tracks have a little light surface noise in intros/endings, no tracks have constant background surface noise, some infrequent low level random vinyl ticks, nothing that detracts from the great music, sounds fine, fully play tested to describe.
Cover: +VG, attractive laminated front cover with only light ring wear impression, flat, no damage, light edge wear mainly opening top right, back cover has writing.
Records graded directly under very bright table light for the visual grade. Sound quality checked by playing to ensure that visual grade and sound quality are consistent.
Mint M and Near Mint NM: Looks perfect as new. N and NM is only appropriate for new reissue records and not for vintage vinyl that has been played, regardless of how perfect it may look.
Excellent Plus +EX: Lovely gloss, no visible scratches, scuffs or marks. Has been played but has been handled well and still in great condition. (highest grade that I use for vintage vinyl)
Excellent EX: Lovely gloss, shows some slight signs of wear, including light trace/hairlines from the inner sleeve, light scuffs or very light marks that you would not expect to hear as surface noise.
Very Good Plus +VG: Shows a few more very light marks than is allowable for EX so not quite EX. These signs of use would be expected to cause some light surface noise but not to detract from the music.
Very Good VG: Shows light scratches and marks and some that you would expect to cause surface noise, especially in soft passages, between tracks and during a song?s intro and ending but not so much as to overpower the music which can still be enjoyed.
Very Good Minus -VG: Shows significant wear and marks that you would expect to cause noticeable surface noise that detracts from the music.
Good G: In the record world, 'Good' is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records lacking much of the original gloss and with many scratches and marks that you would expect to cause very noticeable surface noise and clicks/pops that seriously detract from enjoyment of the music.
Postage: I package very very well and only charge the actual Aust Post cost. International post currently not available because of the delays with sending parcels overseas.
