TOM CAT-UNKNOWN EMIDISC ACETATE.
As it says above I have no idea who is performing this,an even an extensive search of the net has revealed nothing.It not the rooftop singers thats for sure.Based upon the production and flavour I would place it around 1966 to 68 during the psychpop era,all I know is it is about a cat who has run out of lives basically.I have made a sound clip which you can download and hear by clicking on the dancing girl below,have a listen you might even recognise it,personally I think it sounds like a bit like Cliff Richard.
