Original 1971 Promo 45 on the US BELL label

Both sides have 100% of their original luster and sheen.
Labels show some very minor wear.
Great super-catchy straight-ahead power pop cruncher here from ex-Aerovons frontman Tom Hartman, with added fuzz guitar and a definite proto-power pop Yellow Pills post-mod-freakbeat vibe - think Big Star or, a few years down the road, early Cheap Trick. Of course, back in 1971, Tom was probably more influenced by mid-60's Who or Stones, and his massive riff in "Sunshine Woman" shows that. Of course, if you knew the Aerovons, you'd know how fixated they were on the Beatles, even going so far as to wait until the chance to record at Abbey Road studios, and the flipside "A Little More" is much more in line with that. It's a stone cold Lennonesque classic, with John's minor key fix and a classic Fab Four melody. Somewhere between THE WHITE ALBUM and Badfinger, and on the good side of both. Man, this guy really knew his craft, didn't he?
