This is the original and highly prized classic from 1967 that was covered by Nazareth in 1975.

My White Bicycle was the debut single by Tomorrow, which consisted of Keith West (vocals), Steve Howe (guitar), John “Junior Wood (bass) and Twink (drums).
West, Howe and Wood had been with The In Crowd whilst Twink had joined from The Fairies. Together they made one of the best psychedelic groups of the era. Unfortunately a confusion of interests pulled them in different directions. The original idea was for all four to have parallel solo careers and Keith West began working with Mark Wirtz on the “Teenage Opera” project. The group were often billed as “Tomorrow featuring Keith West” and this tended to attract a teenybopper crowd who were not exactly keen on the group’s repertoire. Eventually the group disbanded, with Howe forming Bodast and then joining Yes, Twink joined The Pretty Things and Wood was briefly with The Jeff Beck Group.
