Conditions as per Record Collector grading system with + and - additions for finer grading.
Cover - EX - Lovely straight edges, nice & clean - from non smoking environment. Tear on rear opening edge - see photo (could be repaired by book restorer ?) 
Vinyl - EX+ Looks virtually unplayed!! Very near mint, plays like new. I rarely come across records nearly 50 years old in such amazing condition. Probably the best copy of this record I have ever seen come up for sale!
