Description

Rare UK CBS 'Brit-Jazz' LP, Tony Oxley's 1970 album for CBS, '4 Compositions For Sextet', with Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, Kenny Wheeler, Jeff Clyne and Paul Rutherford.

Sleeve has some ringwear, corner wear and edge creases, with some sticker removal wear to the laminate on the front, and light age browning marks on the back. Sleeve grades VG.

Vinyl has light hairlines and a few small scuffs on both sides, with some light cleaning swirls on side two. Side one plays strongly, with some light background noise and regular, though relatively unobtrusive, light clicks and pops. Side two plays like this for the first third of the side, then there is some regular repetitive background noise that plays for the rest of the side. Audio is still very strong, but this is not a perfect copy. Vinyl overall grades VG for side 1, VG minus for side 2.
