We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.

Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. All throughout, there's some pretty good heavy rock on this album. A personal favorite is "Scar on My Memory", with the really odd fuzz-bass driven rhythm and slow, stoned fuzz and wah-wah drenched guitar playing. "Little Amazon" also has that strange, slow, utterly stoned rhythm and melody...
Maximillian a raw fire-power trio (bass, guitar, drums) released this sole album in 1969.

Led by the WILD guitarist Mojack Maximillian delivered a crazy fire-power bluesy-soul JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE infected psych-rock effort, filled full of fuzz and wah-wah distorsions and effects.
So Maximillian attracted the attention of producer/writer Teddy Vann getting a contract with ABC. The result was 1969's Vann-produced "Maximillian". With unbridled energy the trio is similar to the legendary CHICO MAGNETIC BAND.

With vocals as raw as they come, perfectly suitable for the heavy psych rock proceedings within. Bellowing & powerful in the likes of Eric Burdon at his most wasted. Singer Bowzer had two singing styles - loud and louder. Forget the concept of subtle within this one.

Musically tracks like 'Scar On My Memory', 'The Road Rat' and 'The Name of the Game' offered up a mixture of raw incoherent psych jams. Lead guitarist Mojack was off the charts in talent, worshiping the alter of Jimi Hendrix.

The album frequently sounds like a series of stoned jam sessions cranking up as loud as possible with q totally a harsh edge.

Literally sounds like MAXIMILLIAN recorded these tracks in a cave enhancing the fierce overtones meant to be.
- The first time one experiences 'Naked Ape' may wonder if its a late-effort by Eric Burden and the Animals. Written by producer Vann, opens up with screeching violins before morphing into kind of a bluesy groove, having the same stoned, late-1960s aura The Animals with Eric Burden at their unbridled rawest often wallowed in ...Check out vocalist Bowzer reflecting Burden's bellowing, wailing voice. -
'Kickin' 9 To 5' features killer fuzz guitar-propelled rock. While 'Scar On My Memory' showcased one of those out-of-control jam sessions and if you're a big fuzz-bass fan, you'll find this performance entertaining. Similarly a big wah-wah guitar fan will appreciate Mojack Maximmilan's contributions to this song. -

'The Road Rat' finds singer Bowzer and company doing their best to channel in prime JIMI HENDRIX with a pretty cool spoken intro is actually pretty funny ...then 'Little Amazon' dives head first into a cool conventional blues groove.
The first minute of 'The Name of the Game' finds the band apparently trying different chord progressions, before launching into a conventional blues number with Bowzer's growling vocals on top.
- 'New Lover' is a strong heavy blues number, and Bowzer keeps his vocal excess to a minimal, while Mojack displays wild guitar lines.
- 'Moby's House' is an interesting track filled with collage splices from the earlier seven jams within - got that?
- If not, the fury's though both sides are understood.
