Very Good (VG) Noticeable surface noise or light scratches; still enjoyable

Very Good Minus (VG-) Between VG and G+

Good Plus (G+) Plays through with surface noise, scratches, or visible wear

Good (G) Heavier noise and wear than G+

Fair (F) Skips or repeats; sleeve heavily worn or damaged

Poor (P) Cracked, warped, or unplayable; sleeve severely damaged
