A highly presentable copy and lovely condition copy of this 1972 UK 1st press prog gem with the gleaming, sparingly played vinyl and superb STEREO sound quality being true highlights

Rare and highly sought after 1972 UK 1st press prog gem with truly excellent (EX) condition gleaming vinyl with beautiful original jet black sheen and just a few very light and purely superficial wiapy hairlines and paper scuff marks, only visible with close scrutiny under a bright light; a solid very good (VG) condition non-laminated original MACNEILL PRESS outer sleeve with firm and unscuffed top and bottom edges (it does look as though the top edge has at some stage come away from the reverse side and has been re-stuck), the 1st press "nipped ends" spine has some "crinkling" and sporadic light scuff marks and if you use your fingernail you can just prize away a small 1cm split just above the word "DANDELION", there are also some very small and light 1cm (or less) creases on both sides of the sleeve adjacent and perpendicular to the spine which have slightly weakened the rigidity of the spine at x3 points, the corners are still nicely defined right angles with a little rubbing on each; the reverse side is in overall excellent condition and as is the case with the front side all art work, photos, and text remain impressively intact and with exellent definition still. Truly excellent plus (EX+) STEREO sound quality with no skips, repeats, jumps, clicks, distortion, or interference and any background crackle is at an absolute minimum...negligible, in fact and restricted to some very light background crackle during a couple of the intermissions - simply great tone and wonderful clarity throughout with every track a brilliant listen. Comes complete with excellent (EX) condition "PLASTIC BAGS CAN BE DANGEROUS" poly-lined inner sleeve with no side splits, minimal discolouration, and just a little creasing towards the corners.
Rare, highly sought after and very difficult to find now - especially with such impressive condition vinyl and sound quality as this!

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
