One of the VERY RAREST and BEST Folk LP's of all time!!! This sold next to nothing!!! A classic debut and the only LP from the incredible folk duo of Judy Dyble (formerly of Fairport Convention) and Jackie McAuley (formerly of Van Morrison and Them)!!! One of the most beautiful albums i've ever had the pleasure of listening to!!!
About : Ultra Rare Original 1970 UK 1st Press!!! This MASSIVELY RARE LP initially sold barely anything (LP's were also really expensive to most people back then!!!) and therefore had a very small run, and is INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND, especially in this condition!!! AN absolute classic LP from this incredible band!!! An astonishing album that really DESERVES to be in EVERY serious 60's / 70's record collection!!! Don't miss out on this MEGA RARE LP!!! If you like good music, bid now!!!
GATEFOLD SLEEVE: The only relatively minor flaws are some spine wear (still 100% readable but some laminate peeling and small creases), some corner wear (particularly to bottom left corner, frayed at edge), small amount of early ring wear and the edges of the gatefold sleeve are a little bit grubby (as you'd expect from an LP over 40 years old!). One or two small insignificant marks on the front and rear (SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS).
VINYL: A few minor surface marks, one or two crackles here and there but nothing major and it plays very, very well. There are a lot of quiet parts on this LP and most of the time all you can hear is the recording itself with only very occasional minor pops or crackles - no hiss, no jumps! With a bit of a clean I think it would play like new.
ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE BUT NO PHOTO CARD INSERT - THIS IS A CRACKING EXAMPLE OF THIS EXTREMELY RARE AND COLLECTIBLE LP.
PAYMENT WITHIN 2-3 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
ALL CHEW CHEW RECORDS PURCHASES ARE SENT OUT IN PROFESSIONAL, WELL-PACKAGED MAILERS.
PLEASE BROWSE MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR MORE RARE AND COLLECTIBLE 7", 12" and LP's.
THANKS AND GOOD LUCK!
