Description

Traffic 'Last Exit' 1969 UK original vinyl album on the Island pink textured label, catalogue number ILPS 9097 (stereo)

The numbers and letters stamped on the vinyl are:- Side 1: ILPS+9097+A Side 2: ILPS+9097+B

This is a very heavy vinyl and it is not warped. Both sides of this record have quite a lot of fine scratches and more noticeable scratches all over the surfaces. I can only feel one of the scratches, slightly, on Side 2 at the end of track 1 into the beginning of track 2, which DOES cause some ticks. There are also some light ticks and a few clicks on Side 1, track 2. Other than this there is some general crackle where it can be heard and a little lessening of the sound quality, but overall it's pleasant to listen to, it plays smoothly and continuously - no sticks, no skips, no jumps.

The track titles can be seen on the label photographs. The labels have some light spindle lines, but no writing, no damage.

The cover is a gatefold type, it does not have any coating or laminate. The front has some light surface rub wear mainly near the edges, it also has some short creases and a few fine scratches. The back is similar, but the rub wear mainly follows the shape of the outside and inside edges of the record. The tips of the top and bottom seams are scuffed all along, so are the tips of the corners. The centre piece is in excellent condition showing only light wear.

The spine is quite heavily scuffed all the way along and only the top half of the title remains visible.

The inner sleeve looks to be the original, it is just plain cream with a few tiny tears - it has no seam splits and no writing.

I have checked the Record Collector grading system and I would say that the album overall grades 'very good'.

I have described this as carefully and honestly as possible, but it is a no return item so please bid accordingly.

It will be packed in a strong record mailing box with two pieces of card inside for further protection.
