Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my 60’s beat and psych and some 70’s progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!

On offer, a very rare first U.K. pressing of Traffic  – Traffic The on the PINK ISLAND label with the with the black, white and orange eye label, cat. no. ILPS 9081T and booklet stapled to the inside of the gatefold cover.

The record is in VG++ condition, there are a couple non-sounding hairlines and a couple non-sounding lines. The labels are in VG++ condition as well, there are some spindle marks and only.  

The cover is in VG++ condition, there is some very faint ring wear on the front, some very light feathering at the outer edge on the front and  a very tiny sticker tear in the upper right corner on the rear. The booklet is EX condition. There is only very slight handling wear. 

Although this copy is of the second Traffic album is not in a dream mint, this one still is a very rare original 1st U.K. pressing and very enjoyable indeed. These PINK ISLAND records are becoming very scarce nowadays (later pink rim labels are quite easy to find), so this is your chance to complete your Traffic or PINK ISLAND label collection.
