Released in 1974 on the SPARK label, I am offering today this original first and only UK pressing of this classic blues album by TRAMP titled "PUT A RECORD ON". The album features Fleetwood Mac members MICK FLEETWOOD, DANNY KIRWAN & BOB BRUNNING.
The album was pressed on wine coloured vinyl or secret red as as some sellers call it as you can only tell it is not black when you hold it up to the light. This is a first & only UK pressing and comes complete with matt single sleeve which is in extremely clean condition with sharp edges and fully legible spine text
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips or nasty pops etc but I did notice some light background noise which may with a good clean.
The VINYL, The wine coloured vinyl visually and audibly is excellent. it plays nicely with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The matt single sleeve is extremely clean with fully legible spine text and sharp edges.
The LABELS, The first issue SPARK labels are clean, showing minimal spindle traces, and there is a small mark on the side two label. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The generic white inner is clean and free from unwanted writing etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
