PACKING and POSTAGE

The item will be sent within 3 days of payment, unless circumstances prevent this (about which I will notify you).

The item will be sent by 2nd Class Signed For or Standard International post (which is generally around £3.90 for a small parcel within UK, £5.15 to Europe and £7.45 to USA)

If you prefer the item to be sent by other means, please do let me know. If I have miscalculated postage costs, I generally refund the difference. Please don't give me negative feedback for the postal charges set by Royal Mail, as I have little influence over these.

RETURNS

Please do read my full description and ask any questions prior to bidding to ensure that you are buying the item that you expect.

I can't be an expert in everything but do try to research items and describe them as best I can. If I have missed anything or not accurately described an item, please do get in touch with me to discuss a reasonable solution. I will accept a return if I have missed something significant in my description.
