Description
Very rare original Trojan Story Vol 1, released in 1971 with record label cover (see pic). This was reissued later with a different cover, but this is the original with paper insert that gives information about each track as it charts the development from R&B/Ska through Rocksteady and then Reggae. Lots of killer tracks - check the list below. This was bought by me in the 70s and is in Excellent condition. There is the odd small marks on the surface but nothing that affects play - I doubt there are many copies of this triple LP with all three discs in such pristine condition. The insert is also in great condition, in fact the only deterioration is the paper sleeves are yellow with age! The 'flap' sleeve is showing some signs of wear round the edges having been stored for many years and the flap fold has a 3cm split. Other than that this is a great purchase, with timeless music.
