Purchased Brand New at Record Revolution. Still in Original Shrink Wrap with one end open to access album. THis was played ONCE to record to cassette, I always used a Shure M91ED cartridge and stylus tracking at 1 gram. Cover has nice edges and corners with a slight "bent" back bottom left corner (see picture). Spine is nice with lettering prominent and centered (see pictures). Album access edge is nice.
Inner sleeve is vinyl with some creasing and wrinkling, no tears or splits.
Vinyl has been played ONCE with a Shure stylus and cartridge tracking at 1 gram to be recorded onto cassette tape. Album vinyl is PRISTEEN. Labels are nice with Side Two label at 6 O' clock having a gloss layer spot missing from the factory but it is still very much readable (see picture).

This version may not come with a lyric sheet insert. This is one of the few ways to distinguish this release from the first pressing. Many units were produced with a barcode and a parental advisor sticker, but many did not. Some had lyric sheets and some did not.

Ways to separate this release from the first pressing:
- The pictures of the band members on the back of the sleeve on this pressing have significantly more contrast than the original.
- This 2nd press has the lightly hand-etched "S- 9848" and "S- 9849" added to the matrices.
- This 2nd press has the small, 3.2 cm diameter ring in the surface of the label. (the 1st press has a large ring in the surface of the center label, 7.3 cm in diameter).

These S- code copies issued in covers without bar codes could have used leftover covers from the 1st press. Alternately, new covers without bar code may have been printed for this pressing too. Not sure. If leftover 1st press covers were used on the 2nd pressing then at least some of the bar coded cover copies with this S-9848 / 9849 vinyl may have technically been records from the same pressing. Or the bar code covers could possibly have been only for 3rd and later pressings. Again, that's undetermined as far as i know.

$7.98 printed on spine. Album closes with a locked groove of the acoustic guitar that ends the song Dance With Me.

T.S.O.L.'s debut five-song EP, T.S.O.L., was released in spring 1981 by Posh Boy Records, featuring the reconvened original lineup. This first release was harshly political, featuring tracks such as "Superficial Love", "World War III" and "Abolish Government".

Their first full-length album, Dance with Me, was released later in 1981 on Frontier Records, and showcased a more gothic/deathrock sound. They then signed to independent label Alternative Tentacles, releasing the Weatherd Statues EP early in 1982, and the melodic Beneath the Shadows album later that year; the latter featured a new member, keyboardist Greg Kuehn.
