Hi, my name is Brian and I have been collecting vinyl for many years. My main interest has been PROGRESSIVE especially the VERTIGO SWIRL/SPIRAL LABEL, reputed to be the most collectable label in the world?

I have finally finished my SWIRL collection of over 160 albums of which most are UK pressings, and now I am going to SELL them ( I must be mad ). I have been quite fussy about the QUALITY, CONDITION and they must be the VERY FIRST PRESSINGS. The latter has been the hardest to decipher and has had me buying and selling many copies of the same album to achieve this,and I almost have with these collectable gems.

I am now selling another..YES another set of UK swirl VERTIGO albums. PLEASE read the descriptions carefully as some of the albums are NOT very first pressings and some will be VERY FIRST white label promo's. But ALL are GENUINE UK SWIRL PRESSINGS. 

I am not and have never been a 'dealer' by profession, but I have always given honest descriptions and lots of clear photo's of any items I have sold. I do know how disappointing it is when you open that package and the item has been over sold with expressions such as "AWESOME" etc when the item is only in EX- condition or worse. If you are in anyway disappointed with an item from me you are most welcome to return it with a FULL REFUND, providing it is an honest and just mistake by myself as I believe in my descriptions.

For sale here is --TUDOR LODGE--TUDOR LODGE--UK ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING. 1971, stereo 6360 043 The 46th of 88 UK pressings on this label. MORE WILL FOLLOW!

SLEEVE.....FOLDOUT, TEXTURED, GIMIXED and UN-LAMINATED. This is a very delicate unlaminated sleeve and is prone to damage as is nearly always damaged with seem splits and tears. NOT THIS ONE! It is very flat and square.  The edges all the way around are in remarkable EX+ condition with only 1 tiny edge tear, amazing really.The front is EX with a scar from a sticker being removed, NO UNWANTED WRITING, NO STICKER  AND ALMOST NO CREASING just a little to the folded edges. The folded edges are in EX condition and have been carefully touched in in places NO SPLITS. The rear (inside unprinted) is in wonderful condition . There is only a small amount of spine wear and the information is fully readable.  This album comes with an ORIGINAL SWIRL INNER SLEEVE . All in all this is in very acceptable condition for a 37year old UN-LAMINATED and VERY DELICATE sleeve. EX.

LABELS.....There is NO unwanted writing, staining, stickers, residue or tears. There are spindle marks, but this album has obviously always been handled with great care EX+/EX+

VINYL....Both sides of this fantastic album still have their JUST PRESSED deep black shine. When you hold this album in the very brightest of lights you can see VERY FEW, VERY LIGHT surface hair lines which were caused by removal and replacement in and out of the inner sleeve, there are no nasty marks or scratches. In normal daylight this album is N/ MINT. I have played this album on my very sensitive and revealing LINN SONDEK and the sound is UN-WORN, it is full and crisp there is NO loss of sound quality at all, wonderful sound stage and stereo separation. There are VERY FEW dust crackles that can be heard only in the quiet parts of the music or between tracks, but a professional clean should sort out most of that. These HEAVY VINYL original pressings are second to none. This really is a great copy that any collector would be delighted to add to their collection, a real KEEPER .  EX+/EX+
