Debut album of a famous italian session player that done his drums for important italian records during ‘70s, both jazz and library: he played with LESIMAN (“here & now”), ROMANO MUSSOLINI (“mirage”), MIRAGEMAN (“thunder & lightning”), VALDAMBRINI PIANA QUINTET (“afrodite”), BARIGOZZI GROUP (“woman’s colours”), PANTALEON PEREZ PRADO (“escandalo”), RENATO SELLANI (“piazza s.eufemia”), GIANNI BASSO (“hit”), MARIO RUSCA (“suspension”), SANTE PALUMBO (“jazz promotion”), etc.

This really rare album, originally conceived as educational album for drums players, is full of killer beats & breaks, drum loops and percussions absolutely fantastic and syncopated, an ideal item to find killer samples to use for hip hop or DJ productions; it includes some really great tracks as MEDIUM ROCK (sampled by DJ SHADOW for his “Guns blazing (Drums of death)”), DRUM FANTASY, AFRO JAZZ and 7/4 ROCK.

The heaviest and most sought-after DRUMS BREAKS LIBRARY LP, a true “cult” among DJ and producers.

SLEEVE: VG++  / gatefold sleeve with very slight wear on front (VG++), back with very minor dirt (EX), spine in excellent conditions (EX) with minor wear at the bottom; gatefold sleeve with two-panel inside in near mint conditions (M-).

RECORD: M-  / both sides without scratches or signs but with a few minor hairlines

LABELS: M-  / both without signs or writings but with the red SIAE stamp (italian rights society) on side A
