Description

This is an ORIGINAL 1960 HELIODOR RECORDS GERMANY 7" 45 WITH ITS ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE containing the songs titled 'Walk Don't Run' backed with 'Parisian Heiress' from German rock-n-roll instrumentalists the Typhoons.  It is Heliodor Records Germany catalog number 453 084.
THE ARTWORK AND GRAPHICS ON BOTH SIDES OF THIS PICTURE SLEEVE WERE THE FIRST COMMERCIAL RECORD ARTWORK DONE BY KLAUS VOORMAN, WHO WAS AN EARLY FRIEND OF THE BEATLES FROM THEIR HAMBURG DAYS, AND WHO DID THE ALBUM COVER ARTWORK FOR THE BEATLES' 'REVOLVER' LP.  KLAUS VOORMAN WAS LATER THE BASS PLAYER ON SOME OF JOHN LENNON'S SOLO ALBUMS AND IN JOHN LENNON'S PLASTIC ONO BAND, AS WELL AS A SUCCESSFUL RECORD PRODUCER.
Condition of record is VG with a couple of surface scratches which can be felt and which will cause some ticks and some visible surface marks, none of which affect play.  Labels have a little contact wear and a little wear around the center hole.  Condition of picture sleeve is also a low VG with one small tear at the top edge, small splits in the middle of two of the edges, a little light writing in blue ballpoint, some light wrinkles, a couple of very light stains, a little contact wear, and a little wear along the edges.
This RARE 45 would be a choice addition to any Beatles-related record collection!  3.67 shipping via USPS First Class Mail.  SORRY, NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S. AT THIS TIME.  BUYER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the 45 and picture sleeve in the above stated condition if buyer is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
