Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room. This week’s auctions feature my progressive and psychedelic records that are form my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare 1st U.K. pressing of Tyrannosaurus Rex – A Beard of Stars on the Regal Zonophone label, cat. no. SLRZ 1013 with mega rare lyrics insert.
The record is in VG++ condition, there are some non-sounding hairlines and a few superficial non-sounding marks. The labels are in VG++ condition as well, there are some spindle marks and there is some very slight wear along the spindle holes.
The cover is in VG++ condition, there is some wear (feathering) on the opening edge and there are some crinkles along the edges. The original lyrics insert is in VG++ condition as well, there are some age browning stains and the lower right hand corner is “dog-eared”.
This is a very rare 1st U.K. copy of Tyrannosaurs Rex’ A Beard Stars album, complete with lyrics insert. Most of the times when this record is offered for sale, the insert is missing or the record has been severely overplayed. This copy is still in a decent condition and still has the insert! This is a real must have for all Tyrannosaurus Rex fans or fans of progressive rock music in general!

Within the European Union, the postage costs are £ 8.75, outside the E.U. £ 16.00 (sorry, but postage rates in the Netherlands are very high). Payment within 7 days after the auction has ended.
Please also note that the shipping costs are the same for 1 LP as for up to 5 LPs (the Dutch postal services charges the same amount up to 2KGs) So If you buy more, the shipping costs for your other LP’s are basically for free.
