Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my spare beat and progressive music records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare 1st U.K. pressing of Tyrannosaurus Rex – A Beard of Stars on the Regal Zonophone label, cat. no. SLRZ 1013 with mega rare lyrics insert.
The record is in EX minus condition, there are a few non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are in VG+ condition, there are some spindle marks and there is some very slight wear along the spindle holes (side 2 has slightly more wear than side 1).
The cover is in EX minus condition, the bottom right hand corner has a very tiny dent and there are three fingernail marks (from opening the cover) on the opening edge. The original lyrics insert is in EX minus condition as well, there are some tiny age browning spots and there is a very faint fold in the lower right hand corner.
This is a very rare 1st U.K. copy of Tyrannosaurs Rex’ A Beard Stars album, complete with lyrics insert. Most of the times when this record is offered for sale, the insert is missing or the record has been severely overplayed. This copy is still in a decent condition and still has the insert! This is a real must have for all Tyrannosaurus Rex fans or fans of progressive rock music in general!

Within the European Union, the postage costs are £ 8.75, outside the E.U. £ 16.00 (sorry, but postage rates in the Netherlands are very high). Payment within 7 days after the auction has ended.
Please also note that the shipping costs are the same for 1 LP as for up to 5 LPs (the Dutch postal services charges the same amount up to 2KGs) So If you buy more, the shipping costs for your other LP’s are basically for free.
