The 4th album as "Tyrannosaurus Rex" and the first to feature Mickey Finn..
It's more electric than the earlier albums,though it still retains their elf like quality..
It's a charming and interesting album that still sounds great over 40 years later..
This is a first pressing with 1U/3U matrix numbers..
The mothers and stampers are very early as well,(1G and 1R)..It's one of the first few hundred off the press!..
Issued on Regal Zonophone in 1970..SLRZ 1013..UK pressing in Stereo..(There were no mono pressings)..
The full matrix numbers are:..YCARX 65 1U and YCARX 66 3U..
Play grade on this is EX minus only due to a couple of light clicks at the end of "The Woodland Bop"..There are no other clicks or pops and overall,the disc plays really well with no distortion or groove wear..Crackle?..An absolute minimum and,in fact hardly worth mentioning!...
It plays flat on the deck with no edge warps..It does not stick or jump..
Visual grade is EX minus as side one has a small and light scratch (this causes the light clicks mentioned above)..There are a few light paper scuffs but no nasty scratches or scuffs..The disc has a reasonable sheen and overall,it looks like it has been fairly well looked after..
The labels are undamaged but there is visible spindle wear..This has had regular but careful play..
The sleeve (laminated front and back) grades as VG+..Don't get me wrong,it's not falling apart or has bad damage,but it's not quite crisp enough to grade any better..The front has a couple of light laminate creases,there is light discshape and a couple of corner bends (it's made of lightweight card,so I guess this is inevitable!)..
It has no seam splits,rips,tears,scribble,sellotape or tape marks..All the text on the spine is clearly legible and there is no edge rubbing..
The lyric insert has a little edge discolouring and a couple of small stain spots but no serious defects or damage..

There are delays on post going INTO the USA due to an increased scanning of packages at US Customs (Anti terrorist measures,I believe)..Parcels ARE being delayed and delivery may take a MONTH!!..
The Russian Federation is also having delays on deliveries ..This is due to the sheer volume of parcels going into the Federation..Again,expect delays!.

Shipping
All items are securely and professionally packed..Records are shipped out of their jackets to prevent seam splits..If there is an inner sleeve or a picture sleeve,then the disc will be packed in a plain white sleeve.. I try and keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum,byut Paypal don't help by taking commission on the postal costs!!
All items are posted the day that payment is recieved..
