Description
ALL THREE TYRANNOSAURUS REX MONO ALBUMS IN ONE GO !
I have had these for around 8 years. Only played them each a couple of times in my ownership.
Played them again today in order to grade them for you.
All 3 are first pressings, play grade varies, as you will read:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MY PEOPLE WERE FAIR...LRZ 1003 1G/1G
This has obviously not been played much at all. Just 2 very very light clicks on the intro to Hot Rod Mama, with a touch of surface noise between a few tracks on Side 2, otherwise, this album plays EXCELLENT, at least !
Labels are beautiful, just a couple of trails to each side.
Lyric Inner is NEAR MINT, superb.
The sleeve is in great shape, a tough one to find in such good condition, light feathering to the opening edge, no splits, 100% spine, a touch of ageing to the non-laminated rear and thats it !
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PROPHETS SEERS AND SAGES...LRZ 1005 -1/-1 6811 on flipback
Both sides have surface noise between tracks, this is only just audible during some of the very quiet passages of music, otherwise has excellent playback, with just one very light pop in Wind Quartet, and a couple of clicks before Salamana Palaganda starts, very well looked after, but obviously played a fair few times.
The labels back up that this is a well looked after, but played album, with nothing bad, just spindle marks.
Lyric Inner is also very good, with a couple of short gentle creases, and a few age spots here and there, with a couple of corner dings.
The textured sleeve is in very good condition. Has the usual ring wear, but not as bad as most, some creasing to a corner and feathering to the opening edge, the 'el' in 'Angel' on the spine has rubbed off, otherwise fine.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UNICORN...LRZ 1007 1G
Plays superb, just a few very light sporadic clicks on 'Pon A Hill, a few more on Side 2, a light click on the John Peel read "Childrens Story", otherwise plays wonderful.
Labels are great, light spindle wear is all.
Sleeve has some discolouring to one corner, general light wear, the 'a' has rubbed off on the 'Tyrannosaurus' on the spine, which is otherwise fine.
You will observe this is the very rare blue RZ mono label, tales of a handful of old labels lying around so used up to save money are great to read, but who knows, all we can be sure of, is that this is, a rare record !

Regarding my opinion of the sound quality of this collection, I am fully aware that anyone could disagree, and if there is a buyer, and they do have a different opinion, I will happily accept the return of the record/s ( at my expense ) and refund accordingly.
The records will be VERY well packed, and sent via courier, tracked, signed for, fully insured at a cost of £9.99.
Thanks for your interest, Paul.
Please note, there is a spot on my camera lens, so if you do see a repeated spot, it is the lens, not the records !
