Description

TYRANNOSAURUS REX "UNICORN" STEREO LP 1ST PRESSING BLUE LABEL (REGAL ZONOPHONE SLRZ 1007) GATEFOLD SLEEVE

This is an auction for an original Stereo LP by TYRANNOSAURUS REX "UNICORN" STEREO LP 1ST PRESSING BLUE LABEL (REGAL ZONOPHONE SLRZ 1007) GATEFOLD SLEEVE which was released in 1969. This has the rarer blue label (which soonafter was superceded by the red label) and is a 1st pressing having the 1G/1G mother & stamper codings. Gatefold sleeve "Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd., London, W.11".

The LP is in "VERY GOOD plus" condition (spindle marks on the labels & a few surface marks - mostly on side1 where one surface mark goes across tracks 2,3 ,4 & 5 but doesn't affect play) and the gatefold sleeve is in "VERY GOOD" condition (the spine has lost most of its' clear plastic film due to opening/closing of the gatefold sleeve over the years).
I have played the LP and there is very little lessening in sound quality - ("Record Collector" gradings).
