TYRANNOSAURUS REX unicorn REGAL ZONOPHONE LP red/silver label MONO LRZ 1007!
UK LP, released in 1969 on the REGAL ZONOPHONE record label (Red/Silver label MONO).
Catalogue number: LRZ 1007.
Matrix Number A-side: XCARK 51-2 (stampers R 1)
Matrix Number B-side: XCARK 52-2 (stampers A 1)
VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD CONDITION
Original LAMINATED gate-fold sleeve (Ernest J Day) displays
some front/back partial laminate dulling owing to record sleeve
ring wear and shelf wear, tiny sleeve print scuff on front (on
Marc’s Hair), and small partial sleeve print tear/scuff on the
inside top left hand corner of the middle gate-fold sleeve. Some
surface only (not heavy or through the sleeve) laminate lifts/cracks
which mainly hug the outer edges, with a few away from the outer
edges. Spine print is clear and legible. Sleeve displays no rips, no
major tears, no edge wear, no seem splits and no deep sleeve
creases.
Comes complete with the original white paper/poly lined printed
(PATENT No./Made in England) inner sleeve, in VERY GOOD+
condition, some minor aging and small creases.
Both record labels are EXCELLENT, displaying clean
label print and free from any major wear or damage, spindle hole
markings show moderately played, with some minor spindle
edge hole wear evident on both sides.
Vinyl displays full glossy sheen on both sides, with a few immediate
visible surface marks, however close inspection angling record
under a strong bright light will show some small ultra light fine
line surface scuff marks. The A-side has a small surface scratch at
6 o’clock that you can feel slightly which causes some background
passing clicks on the end of track 2 and at the start 3, but does not
jump.
Both sides play mostly VERY GOOD+ to EXCELLENT,
displaying mainly a good clean sound with some occasional
intermittent low level background surface noise in places, however
have graded as VERY GOOD owing to clicks.
