T. Rex were a British rock band fronted by guitarist, singer and songwriter Marc Bolan. Formed as Tyrannosaurus Rex in 1960s London, the folk rock group's debut album My People Were Fair and Had Sky in Their Hair... But Now They're Content to Wear Stars on Their Brows (1968) reached number 15 in the UK. In the 1970s, they achieved mainstream success as a glam rock band with the hits "  Jeepster", "  Get It On", "  Ride a White Swan", "  20th Century Boy", "  Children of the Revolution", "  Hot Love", "  Telegram Sam"  and "  Metal Guru".  After waning commercial success in the mid-70s, T. Rex ended in 1977 after Bolan was killed in a car accident.

Unicorn is a 1969 album by British band Tyrannosaurus Rex, comprising Marc Bolan (vocals, guitar) and Steve "  Peregrine"  Took (bongos, African drums, kazoo, pixiephone, Chinese gong). It reached number 12 in the UK charts.

Original 1969 1st pressing on Blue Thumb Records. Not a re-issue, No barcode. This LP is STILL SEALED in it's original shrinkwrap. There is a cut corner in the upper left. It has the original gatefold cover. The corners are sharp, with minor bumps in the upper and lower right corners. The shrink is tight, and there is no wear to the cover. There are two small spots with the shrink cut out, obviously from a price sticker removal. This is a hard-to-find SEALED copy!!! Don't pass up this chance!!! LP is in nearly MINT condition.
