I do not have a way to play/test the record. I am visually describing it to the best of my ability.

Record:
A little dusty, could use a little cleaning
Deep Groove Both sides
"RVG" hand etched both on both sides
-Side 1: A good number of light scratches/scuffs
A good number of feel-able scratches, most of which are circled in red
A few lighter marks circled in blue
-Side 2: Some light scratches/scuffs.
A number of feel-able scratches, most of which are circled on red, better than side 1
Cover:
-Some discoloration from wear and age
-A little corner and edge wear
-A few creases on the front near the top left and bottom edge
-A partical seam split near opening, top edge
-"JAZZ" stamped on the back
-See photos for more detail of cover condition
All records are shipped outside the cover to prevent seam splits in a record mailer
I would consider domestic return on a case basis. It would have to be within a few days, (week at the most) of receiving the item as I am using these funds toward bills.
