Description

"Tales Of The Frightened, Volume 2" told by Boris Karloff.

Mercury MG-20816.

Label is black with silver lettering and with “Long Playing Microgroove” on bottom of label.

This is the original black label from 1958 and NOT the 1960s white label.

Label and cover say High Fidelity.

No dates on label or cover.

12 inch LP.

33 1/3 RPM.

6 cuts:  Side 1) “the vampire sleeps,” “mirror of death,” and “never kick a black cat."  Side 2) “the ladder,” “nightmare,” and “voice from the grave.”

Inner sleeve is clear plastic.

Cover is more of a maroon-like color than the reddish color the photo shows.

This record is:  VG+ side 1 and VG++ side 2.

This cover is VG++ with 3 small letters inked in on front cover.

Grading is visual in the sequence:  G, VG, VG+, VG++, and M- (M is reserved for opened, but unplayed records).  I try to be very conservative in my grading.
