Description
Talk Talk – Laughing Stock (Rare, original 1991 LP, with inner sleeve) VG to EX (Verve Records 847 717-1)
Lovely copy of this rare 1991 Talk Talk LP, complete with the original inner sleeve.
Vinyl - Vinyl plays through well, no knocks, no jumps. 'Taphead' has crackle and clicks throughout most of the track. This is a very quiet track so is easy to hear on this song. There are a few clicks and crackle heard elsewhere but nothing too bad or too intrusive. This record is notorious for being 'noisy', but overall this copy is very good, and an enjoyable listen. Run-off grooves are nice and quiet. VG+ to EX
Labels - Labels are nice and clean, no writing, no marks anywhere. EX
Cover - There is a mark near the top left hand side of the front of the sleeve (please see photos). Also some (minor) marks near the bottom right hand side though this is nothing too bad, and some general wear. Back cover is in nice condition. VG+ to EX
Inner sleeve - Inner sleeve has a small tear at the top of the sleeve (please see photos) and some light 'foxing'. There is a split (approx. 1") on bottom edge of the inner. The sides are all in good condition and not split. Overall, this is in nice condition. VG
