Talking Heads ORIG NZ LP Stop making sense NM ’84 EMI EMC235 David Byrne

Original New Zealand LP released in 1984 on EMI Records. Cat: EMC235. Comes with printed inner bag which has a few light marks and is in Excellent condition.
Byrne is in fine voice here: Never before had he sounded warmer or more approachable, as evidenced by his soaring rendition of "Once in a Lifetime." Though almost half the album focuses on Speaking in Tongues material, the band makes room for one of Byrne's Catherine Wheel tunes (the hard-driving, elliptical "What a Day That Was") as well as up-tempo versions of "Pyscho Killer" and "Take Me to the River."

Tracks : Psycho killer/ Swamp/ Slippery people/ Burning down the house/ Girlfriend is better/ Once in a lifetime/ What a day that was/ Life during wartime/ Take me to the river.   There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record is in Near Mint condition. Cover has light ringwear, a few light marks and a sticker stain on top left corner and is in VG+ condition.


Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brYoshikazu own paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
