Description
Offered for your consideration, at No Reserve, is the Talking Heads famous Rauschenberg/Speaking in Tongues LP.
This album needs little description, but, it was issued by Sire in 1983 (No. 1-23771). It is basically a clear disk with internal rotating artwork by Robert Rauschenberg. One side is in shades of red and the other side in shades of blue. If you have never seen it this is a truly amazing LP.
The playlist is the same as the generic Speaking in Tongues LP.
It is shrinkwrapped in a rigid plastic holder. To avoid ones that have been opened, then re-shrinkwrapped, be sure to notice the original label on the outer wrap. I have included a picture of that label. Note that it is also typical for the vintage 1983 shrink wrap to be somewhat yellowed, as it is on this copy. That in no way affects the quality of the product but it is another way to ensure it's originality.
This particular copy is guaranteed undamaged, unopened, and in perfect original condition. I know this because a relative was a Warner Brothers exec and this is from her private stash.
